the spacious bedrooms had traditional low seating during the day and comfortable futon beds in the evening. the spotlessly clean facilities included a large swimming pool and traditional hot spring baths. the ryokan also had good wifi coverage and was conveniently located near a convenience store and public transportation.
The dinner buffet at the ryokan left much to be desired in terms of food quality.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time! The food was delicious and varied, with both buffet and traditional options. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable futon beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. The hot spring baths were a relaxing treat.
The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. , the location was a bit far from the station, with road construction causing a detour that made the trip even longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby had a right feeling to it - clean, elegant, and well-designed. The common areas felt like home, and the staff was extremely helpful. Convenience stores and public transportation were just a few minutes away. the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Nothing to dislike.

the room was very spacious and clean, with traditional low seating and a comfortable carpeted area for relaxation. the hot springs were very relaxing with indoor and outdoor spas. the food was delicious and well presented with both traditional and buffet options. the staff were very friendly, even with our limited Japanese language skills. the location was perfect, close to convenient stores and public transportation.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, and a limited availability of 15 minutes per day near reception. the swimming pool was also a bit chilly, but we enjoyed the hot springs instead.
